JCYS’ s products allow for high viability of oocytes and high relative development rate of blastocyst after freeze-thaw cycles.

After freeze-thaw cycles of oocytes with JCYS's products, the rates of MMP and MS are comparable with that of the fresh oocytes.

After freeze-thaw cycles of mouse oocytes, the spindle recovery rate of oocytes cryopreserved with the JCYS's product is as high as 95%.

After 2 hours’ recovery and culture, the DNA damage rate of the frozen-thawed mouse oocytes with DMSO-free Medium-Opti TM CKE3 and TKE2 relative to the fresh oocytes is significantly lower than that of the imported products containing 15% DMSO.

After 2 hours’ recovery and culture, the ROS rate of the frozen-thawed mouse oocytes with DMSO-free Medium-Opti TM CKE3 and TKE2 is significantly suppressed.
