JCYS’ s products allow for High post-thaw viability and recovery of cells. The viability rate of the frozen-thawed stem cells with DMSO-free Medium-Opti TM CSC3 is significantly higher than that of the imported products containing 10% DMSO.

The cell proliferation rate of frozen-thawed hBMSC with DMSO-free Medium-Opti TM CSC3 is higher than that of the imported product containing 10% DMSO.

After freeze-thaw cycles of hBMSCs with the DMSO-free Medium-Opti TM CSC3, the cell osteogenic ability is significantly better than that of the imported product containing 10% DMSO, and bone formation density is comparable with that of the fresh cells.

After freeze-thaw cycles of hBMSCs with the JCYS's product, the expression of MSC's early adipogenic marker genes is not affected, and the adipogenic ability is comparable with that of the fresh oocytes, significantly better than that of the imported product containing 10% DMSO.

After freeze-thaw cycles of hBMSCs with the JCYS's product, the relative DNA damage rate is low at 48h, the DNA repair rate is high at 72h, which are significantly better than that of the imported product containing 10% DMSO.
